Atma Bodha Upnishad

 

A man who successfully unite his individual

 soul to Supreme can be called Narayana,

 Brahman, as he has attain knowledge of

 Brahmand. 

He enter into Samadhi where he attain bliss of

 cosmic energy, 

He listen the sacred sound Celestial music.

 Attaining this stage he cease his cycle of death

 & birth (this line is written in scripture,this is

 not 

experience), 

He attain liberation. 

This stage can be attained by ceaseless practice

 of Yoga includes Asana,pranayma &

 Meditation as well as devotion & surrender to

 divine. Salute to the cosmos, Thou art! He who

 

 worships with the formula of recitation holy

 name for lord attains this stage. The mantra

 can be given by perfect & true guru or one can

 attain it from scriptures & holy books with

 faith. Mantra like Waheguru, Om, Hari Om tat

 sat, Allah hu akbar,  & more. By recitation of

 lord name one

 enter to the abode of Supreme where cosmic

 energy bliss pleases him, He attains

 contentment, the greatest pleasure above

 

 all worldly pleasure ceases his interest to get

 involve in worldly pleasure, His soul attain pleasure while meditating on thou art and he turn disciplined devotee.  When the individual consciousness merge to Supreme consciousness he becomes pure , pious as Shiva, Krishna,Rama and many ancient holy saints who meditated and merge with Supreme.

Attaining this stage seeker had perceived him who dwells in all beings. Who meditate on thou art turn fearless, get free from pair of pain/pleasure, attain liberation. But who do not attain the goal of joining his consciousness to Supreme through meditating upon him he fall from one death into another.

The pleasure and interest in world is guided by consciousness, if consciousness is separate from divine then it will sink in illusion of world life, but if by knowing the path through writings of holy saints in scriptures or learning from Guru one practice to join his consciousness to Supreme then one goes to immortality, One knows thyself, One ceases all impure desires and attains all pure desires & contentment. One sees constant light in mid of eyebrow where heaven splendor is based. One attain cosmic pleasure there. He get purifier and enter into the eternal one. For him there is no return, for him there is no pair of pain/pleasure.

OM May Brahman help us to attain this stage through Guru & previous saints teachings who has left experience in written. May we attain cosmic Joy. May we could study this Gyan (knowledge) and attain it.
