May Cosmos bless me with all the virtue dwells in ancient Holy Scripture? May I hear which is auspicious to my ear, May I see what is delight for my eyes, May I speak truth only what is favorable for others. May cosmos sprig   peace, good health, prosperity and contentment in us.

Nada Bindu Upanishad

The secret Upanishad which start with OM states that who is familiarize in yoga with spans of OM primal sound is not affected by Karmic influences more while living. Following path of yoga in meditation when mind goes beyond the organs and senses, then the learner must attain instructions from Guru to walk on further path.

The learner who is always contemplating, reciting mantra and with discipline performing his meditation on divine, slowly he will learn to leave his body (consciousness travel upward) and will turnoff contact with worldly affairs due to loss of interest in society.

When he attain this stage when his consciousness leave his body , then individual consciousness get united to supreme consciousness where he enter into blissful zone. He enjoy this and find highest pleasure above than all worldly pleasure and attain final contentment and peace.

The writer of this Upanishad has given great advise for the human being ,” O intelligent man, spend your life always in knowing the supreme bliss, engaging yourself in karma without making any complaint, Learn to surrender in thy will always. “

Even if a wise man learn to unite his individual soul to supreme soul then also Karma does not leave him, He has to perform his karma, Even if the learner leave the society, go to forest or renounce everything then also he has to perform his karma. But attaining this stage he is not affected with pain or pleasure with karma but still he has to perform. For him Karma will be there but rebirth will not be there.

 

As the body perform in dream stage is untrue likewise the body performing during awaken stage is also untrue.  

Where there is rebirth to a thing that is illusory.

As the clay is the material cause of pot likewise who understand Vedanta come to know that his form is the material cause from cosmic light. Someone times a person perceive a rope from far distance as a snake but when he look close then he can analyze the difference between rope and snake, likewise till we have not learnt to unite the self with supreme we are at a far distance from self or in illusion. And when we adopt yoga with meditation then we come out of this illusion and recognize that awaken stage is untrue.

The Yogi/Yogini should sit in their meditation pose and hear the internal sound from the right ear. When he concentrate on this internal sound ,slowly this will make him deaf from all external sound. Slowly the yogi/yogini enter to Turiya stage. In the beginning he hear many sound which gradually increase in pitch.

The sounds are like train coming from far distance, ocean, and clouds , then some musical instruments, then it will seems like DJ sound or drums sound is there which he has to concentrate, but he should keep an eye on mind that it should not divert toward others. Hearing this sound regularly will  destroy the mind activities, mind will turn still, Anger, lust, pride will also get controlled, detachment will take place in heart, Ego will be start shedding when yogi/yogini will hear internal sound more and more.

The yogi/yogini should always practice to abandon the thoughts and concentrate his attention on the sound.

Just as the bee concentrate on sucking the honey only does not pay attention to odor likewise chitta when it is connected with internal sound does not pay attention to sensual objects.

The sound serves the purpose to control the mind which moves in the pleasure garden of sensual objects.

Then this Upanishad state that growing on path yogi/yogini also enter into stage where there is no sound, it is the state of being above the mind,  This soundless seat is the supreme seat.

 

The body in this state is away from pair of pain and pleasure, joy or sorrow, grace or disgrace. Being freed from the waking and sleeping states, he attain to his true state.
