Amritabindu  Upnishad :-

 

This Upanishad focus on the state of mind, The writer has explain the mind into categories, One  is pure and other is impure, Mind is impure when the desire is present in mind and mind is pure when is desire is absent.

Mind is the cause of human bondage and liberation. When mind is attached to sense object, it lead to bondage and when mind attain detachment from sense object then it lead to liberation.

For liberation mind should be always free of desire, so once the Yogi/Yogini attain this stage of liberation after that as well they should always keep their mind free of desire, If desire will enter then they will not be able to enter to the bliss zone which attained by liberation. To continuous enjoyment of the bliss zone of supreme stage one need to keep mind free of desire.

When the mind has attain detachment for sense objects, then it is under control, it does not wave , it get still and still mind leads to realization of self. Then supreme state is attained.

 

One should practice of meditation till his heart chakra awaken, at heart chakra vibration mind will merge with the heart and the yogi/yogini attain realization. Any other path never lead to liberation and realization.

After heart charkra awakens, the upward journey which is the adobe is supreme , cannot be thought of, it will happen with grace of thy will, with the supreme grace. You can only force yourself for meditation upto heart chakra awakens after that you can not  guide, the journey above heart chakra will be happen and attained by grace of supreme. You only have to surrender without any thought of attaining it. As mind should be free of desire so at this stage mind should be free from this particular desire as well to attain supreme adobe. This zone of free from all partiality only supreme grace and true heart fill of love for supreme will wins.

One should duly practice on holy mantra and contemplate on the feet of guru/or image to whom he loves. The writer of this Upanishad contemplates on OM, so he describe his experience to concentrate on OM.

When one attain this turiya stage then one realize “I am He” at this state the soul enjoys and becomes absolute brahman.  The whole merges with whole, The light merge with light, I merge with I.

Attaining this stage one become doubt less and free, He attain liberation,

After uniting individual consciousness to supreme , it is pure consciousness  which realize, there is no control of mind  on his body, nor he Is in bondage of senses, nor he is worshipper, nor he is a seeker, nor one who attained liberation, He acknowledge God was searching God after attaining this stage.

He has realize wakeful stage, sleep stage, dream stage and pure consciousness (turiya) stage, for him rebirth ceased.

If we capture one moon in many vessels fill with water then it may possible shape of captured moon will be different, but all image are moon, likewise we are captured images of supreme in many different form but we the whole.  

May it give pleasant experience to eyes of reader. IF the reader is spiritual seeker may he attain the goal. 

May we establish in permanently at supreme abode.
